Build Your Career Where Financial Advice Meets Real Life
We're looking for people who get excited about making budgets less intimidating and more useful. If you'd rather have honest conversations than push products, you might fit right in here.
Clarity Over Complexity
We believe good financial advice shouldn't require a dictionary. Our team breaks down budgeting into plain language that people can actually use.
Real Conversations
No scripts, no pressure tactics. Just genuine discussions about what matters to the people we work with and how money fits into their lives.
Growth That Matters
Professional development here means becoming better at helping people, not just hitting numbers. We invest in skills that make a difference.
Roles We're Hiring For Right Now
We're growing our team in Coffs Harbour and looking for people who bring different perspectives to financial planning. Some of our best team members came from teaching, retail, or even hospitality. What matters is how you connect with people.
Interviews start in March 2025, with positions beginning between May and July depending on the role. We take our time with hiring because getting the right fit matters more than filling seats quickly.
Budget Planning Consultant
Work with Australian families and businesses to create practical financial strategies that actually work in real life. You'll spend time understanding what people need, then build budget plans that fit their goals without the usual finance industry jargon.
Financial Literacy Workshop Coordinator
Develop and run workshops that help people get comfortable with money topics. You'll work with community groups, schools, and local businesses to create sessions that feel approachable rather than intimidating. Teaching or training background helpful but not required.
Client Experience Coordinator
Be the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly for our clients. You'll handle scheduling, follow-ups, and those little touches that turn a standard service into something people actually appreciate. Organization skills and genuine care for people are what matter here.
Meet Some of the Team
Our team brings together people from all sorts of backgrounds. What we share is a belief that financial planning should help people live better, not just accumulate more. Here's what a few team members have to say about working here.
Rhys Pemberton
Senior Budget Consultant
"I came from retail management and honestly didn't think I'd end up in finance. But this feels more like problem-solving with people than selling them things."
Elara Voss
Workshop Development Lead
"I get to design workshops that actually make sense to people. No jargon, no condescension—just practical stuff that helps families manage their money better."

Multiple Positions
"Whether you're experienced in finance or completely new to the field, if you're curious and care about people, let's talk."
Flexible Work Arrangements
We've got families and lives outside work too. Some roles can be hybrid, and we work around school schedules when it makes sense. Results matter more than hours at a desk.
Ongoing Training Support
Monthly workshops, access to courses, and mentorship from team members who've been doing this work for years. We cover certification costs if you want to pursue additional qualifications.
Community Connection
You'll be part of workshops, local events, and community initiatives. It's not just office work—you actually get to see the difference your planning makes in people's lives.
Realistic Work Culture
No fake corporate enthusiasm or pretending everything's perfect. We're honest about challenges, supportive when things get tough, and celebrate the wins without making it weird.
